        Had a lovely experience with them, no issues whats so ever from their side. They where very patient with us as they had to store our carpets, for so so so long, as our project got put on hold. Nice quality carpet that has made the difference on our feet!

        Andy at Tapi in Chippenham went above and beyond to make sure our carpets were measured, ordered and fitted within a very short timescale and really helped to alleviate a lot of stress by doing so! I would recommend Tapi to friends and family any day of the week.

        We went to view/buy stair carpet this morning 4/1/2022 at the Chippenham branch of Tapi Carpets and by late afternoon we had our stairs/landing and hall measured and a date of fitting plus a very good price we were attended to by Andi with very good and friendly service i highly recommend this store for good and friendly service. We had our livingroom carpet fitted/bought by Tapi of chippenham in 2021 with the same very good service... fitters were brilliant too .
