Very, very bad service. If they don't show up for a counselling meeting, they'll complain later and try to antagonize you, insisting that they WERE actually there at the time despite the staff telling me otherwise. And it took over a year to just schedule counselling sessions. I am disgusted. I don't even know if the so-called "counselling" is good or not good (I'm guessing the latter) since they never showed up. Hypocritical staff and it's hard to even get inside the building since the door is so messed up. Indeed, I walked there (a two-hour journey to get there and back, mind you) and the women at reception told me that my counselor left before our session and didn't even mention me. Just appalling. As I mentioned before, I have not interacted with the lazy counselor but I can make an educated guess that she (or he, because again, I don't know because they never showed their face) is condescending and possibly dishonest. Do you know what these are? They are signs of someone being a pathological liar. Well, in any case, I would recommend staying far away from here and finding help elsewhere.
