We run a small Association of people with a common interest - with members regularly coming together from Australia in the east, to the West Coast of the US - and many points in between. Every year we spend a day together in reflection and renewed growth, both individually and collectively, listening to a speaker share new ideas. Given the current restrictions for in-person meetings, we had been having difficulty finding a central venue to meet our needs - a place that is peaceful and away from the everyday hubbub and noise, has reliable wifi connection, is welcoming, flexible and professional. Country Estates has been the perfect solution. Not only were our criteria and specific needs listened to carefully, they were then fulfilled promptly. Furniture was rearranged to promote a nicer viewing angle during live-streaming. No trouble was spared in seeing we could concentrate on our meeting, without having to pay attention to outside details. Payment was reasonable, and the welcoming and equipped kitchen and chocolate biscuits were especially appreciated. During the initial visit to check out hiring a room, a laptop connection issue became apparent. The technical team were contacted, and a solution was quickly and efficiently developed and put into action, so nothing would interfere with the smooth-running of the day. For speaker and association, this organisation were a delight to deal with, and if another need arises, they will be our first port of call. With grateful thanks.

Absolutely faultless. Professional and supportive with a wide number of fantastic suites to choose from. I have been using County Estates for over a year and highly recommend their service. The offices are a great location and the team, Joan especially, have been great to work with.
