Jerry, some years ago, did a wonderful job of a complete bathroom installation for us and that is why we contacted him reference a new boiler fit. This was not a straightforward swap but a relocation which required considerable thought and planning. Two years ago Jerry recommended and fitted a new ATAG boiler at my house. The installation was flawless and the boiler has been fantastic. At the weekend the boiler sprang a minor leak from the diverter valve. I called Jerry on Monday at 9am, he inspected and diagnosed the fault at 3pm the same day. He then called ATAG and they sent an engineer round to fix it under warranty at 12.30pm the next day. I had no fees to pay at all. Unbelievable service from both Jerry and ATAG.
