        I've given Waterstones 5 because over many years I've had good service and knowledge is brilliant. I have one downer, which if continued would mean I never enter a Waterstones again and that is ' promoting wokeness. Sure, they can sell books on anything, but promoting something that has such a miserable and negative affect on society for me is a bad trend.

        For someone addicted to books and the smell of new pages, this place is heaven. Not only can I just breathe in the scent of new paper as I walk around, but I can note volumes to distribute amongst family and friends as birthday gift suggestions. Truly the place of my dreams
