        Such a wonderful feel to this club. A challenging environment made all the more enjoyable by the community vibe on the mats. Jamie, Damien and the Young Leaders are all so good with everyone regardless of levels of ability or fitness. The learning goes so far beyond the skills and techniques. Life learning. Self control, respect, discipline. You will also sweat, but you will smile while you do it.

        This is an amazing club with an incredibly inclusive and welcoming feel to it. The head instructor (Jamie) is brilliant with our 5 year old son and so patient. Our son's confidence has increased massively since joining, he started MMA a shy and very emotional little boy, now he's confident, happy and out - going young lad. I tell everyone who I meet how brilliant Jamie's group is and will continue to do so! I cannot thank this club enough for giving us our boy back and helping him over-come his anxiety. Thank you Jamie!
