Not very good, avoid! Paid for a year insurance up front from date expected to collect vehicle. Vehicle collection was delayed. Insurance documents were sent to the wrong address! When I finally collected vehicle, my mechanic advised that unroadworthy, shouldn't have passed its recent MOT. Had the vehicle less than 1 week but because the cancellation was outside of the 14 day period, I got less than half of my money back. Very unhappy and wouldn't recommend using.
