Absolutely abysmal company!!! Used to be good when they were just Greensquare but massively gone downhill since merging. Customer service team mostly lovely but no other departments call back when they say they will,refusing to do repair jobs,being charged a service charge for something wev NEVER EVER received.....the list goes on! Next step contacting the Ombudsman!

Wish I could give one star they are rubbish.we phoned today to ask for a repair to be done on our bathroom and landing light. We cant replace the bulb until they have come out and fixed whats come away apparently to them its not an emergency and booked us an appointment for 24th April. I have 3 children and a 9 week old baby how am I suppose to bath them in the dark tourches or another lighting will not be enough for us to see whats going on so this is a potential slip hazard if anything like this was to happen and me, my partner or my children (and us holding baby) was to slip I will be making greensquare liable because they cant be bothered to come out and fix something that should be classed as an emergency.

Still waiting for a repair the staff are helpful on the phone but after that it go's down hill fast
