I wasnt going to write a review but I feel I should cause Im not the first person to complain about the same thing. Went in for a wash cut blow dry and style and had it done by a lady called Paige she was absolutely lovely and a nice experience she finished my hair off with curling it and I absolutely LOVED it! I even tipped her! Was feeling good with a new cut and curled hair! Little did I know that when I washed a straightened it next that it was very uneven! So I went back in quietly as there were customers said to Paige that I had a complaint and that my hair was uneven and I would like a refund as Ive had to pay for somewhere else to sort my hair out to which she replied can you come back in 20 minutes and we will sort it. Came back 20 mins later and the customer was gone she was sat at the desk and said to me I can sort your hair out but Im not wiling giving you a refund I replied Im sorry but you messed my hair up and you want me to let you sort it out!? I think not! She was unprofessional and had a lot of attitude at this point! I gave up and just walked away. The shop looks the part but dont be fooled! Service: Hairstyling

Well unfortunately I have nothing good to say. I went in before Xmas for a haircut which I hadnt had one for well over a year and a half so I was very much looking forward to having my locks done, I wish I hadnt! I seen Paige and shown her a photo of what I wanted and it does not reflect what I have got!! While I was sat in the chair she must have seen the look of horror on my face when she took a chop, she assured me I had to take that much off as my hair was wonky from previous cut, right! Anyway when she had done it it didnt seem that bad, until I got home and took a good look, my fringe was wrong and very much unsymmetrical and jumped down in stages like Edward scissor hands done it, upon checking the length well as you can tell a chunk has been chopped from my hair, zero layers had been added like I asked or little to non likeness to the picture she was so confident she would make my hair look like! I HAD to return, I could not walk round with my hair looking like that, and believe me the picture does do it justice! I was hoping to see the manager but more to my rubbish luck it was only Paige working there on this Friday, fine I told her what was wrong and she assured me she was glad I came back, hahaha I should never have returned, not so much of an apology, zero offer of any partial refund, I bet she was glad I came back when her manager wasnt there! She got her scissors back out and kind of sorted one side of my fringe out, still didnt put the length right she then proceeded back to my fringe and I am not lying I had to pull my hair away from the scissors before she hacked it even more, she then said is that ok I responded with I think youve done enough!!! Bit of a longwinded review, its by far the worst I have ever wrote, I make no apologies for that, I paid for a service and it done the opposite of deliver! If you like your hair Id strongly advise to avoid this place! Service: Hairstyling
