        23 minute wait for a wrap! They are really slow, you could have a 20 minute power nap, and still wait for your food. Then they want paying, its not on guys.

        They just tried to steal 10.40 off me for this junk then the kid behind the counter said it was a mighty bucket for one, with two drumsticks and 5 individual chips? When asked where the large chips were I was told they are large yet there using exactly the same size as the regular ones but charging me another 1.50. Had a full refund and left. Only saving grace is the staff are polite and efficient but why not just try and give me the food I ACTUALLY ordered rather than fob me off? Didn't even GET fries last time so an upgrade I suppose. Hate being ripped off so I'll never come here again. Really poor.

        The manager of the restaurant reckons the Chippenham customers are the rudest hes ever dealt with. Heres a thought maybe manage better!! The young staff do their best but have no support. How is this place still open!!!!
