        Absolutely lovely farm shop with great cafe. Very child friendly with an outdoor play area and plenty of seating. Everything Ive ever had there is absolutely delicious and service is quick and friendly. Great place to support local business.

        Some one asked about the day they came and it was shut I have checked and the Google site isn't accurate but if you go to lahogue site that is up to date and relevant Please note they are shut for the day of the coronation

        I visited La Hogue during the coronavirus lockdown. Cafe was set up with a one way system, social distancing measures and hand gel. I thought the set-up was good. No inside seating was available but there were plenty of grassy areas and some picnic tables. The standard of the food and particularly the cake was as good as I remembered it. My blueberry cheesecake was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable. I'm sure I'll be heading back soon. August 2022: still great but now with normal service.
