Been here a few times now but never done this before thought it was about time. Last few times we came my Sunday roast was cold and I've said never again but not been here for a while and to be fair it's not changed one little bit. Good portion of meat but all veg was cold. My partner had burger and chips and the portion was tiny for the price you have to pay and was warm to eat not hot. She also paid 4.99 for some chips with burger on top which to be fair you get about 3 chips and was cold. Im sorry but the best thing we had that day which I love cold and fizzy was my coke. Did not stay for dessert as we was worried the ice cream might come out hotter then the mains so went and bought cookies from morrisons with some icecream. I hate to do this but I would not waste your money and if you do get hot food your very lucky. Even seen some lady yesterday walking around with fish and chips in her hand for about 5 mins and that's no lie to busy talking to the boss I'm guessing she was. so who ever ordered that your food must have been freezing cold. So sorry will not return to chippenham one again. And did read a write up down here some where about loud music coming from kitchen and it's TRUE. Probably no communication in there as they cant cant hear each other. Im sorry about this review but it needed to be said after the last few times I've given it the 1 star as cant give it 0.

The carvery was awful! What wasn't cremated, was pureed out of recognition. Couldn't eat it.

Parents booked table, after our wedding came to the table and the staff had got us a card, chocolates and a bottle of procecco for me and my wife were amazed at how amazing and thoughtful it was me and my wife really appreciate it. Good food, reasonable prices and friendly staff will recommend eating here to anyone and we'll eat here again in the future.
