An outstanding experience. I have always been so nervous when attending dentist appointments. The atmosphere at this dentist is so calming; the receptionists are polite and very friendly. My dentist, Mark, has been an absolute professional. I have had to have a lot of treatment and during every session, hes checked in with me. Whilst undergoing treatment, he regularly stopped procedures to ensure that I was okay, and that I was happy to proceed. I genuinely couldnt recommend a better dentist. Thanks

After the death of my husband I made the decision to have extensive dental work. For someone who has some dental anxiety this was a big decision. My teeth were in poor condition but I never felt judged at any point. I was made to feel I was among friends and people who cared about my well-being the whole way through my dental journey. Katerina explains everything slowly and patiently while being very reassuring. I can easily say that I no longer afraid of visiting the dentist! Katerina and the whole team are so skilled at what they do. They really are the best!

I had a bad experience with a dentist, and havent been for 3 years I desperately needed to find one that did sedation. The London Road Dental Practice came up as the only one that did sedation, they have a chat assistance which is excellent and the following day I had a call back from Sasha.. An appointment was made to see Mark, who put me at ease as soon as I walked into the surgery. After the examination i was told that I needed 2 x teeth out but as I an anxious patient sedation was recommended, appointment was 3rd March 2023, Mark doesnt normally do sedation on a Friday but as it was the only day my husband was home, to take me and bring me back after the extraction. The lovely Laura Jones who is a dental nurse and also does sedation, came in on her day off to help Mark. As I was that nervous it took a little longer to put the cannula in and the sedation. Dont remember anything after that, the treatment and care I received from Mark and his team was outstanding. I received a phone from Mark on 5th March 2023, to see if I was in any pain and if so to go back on Monday or Tuesday. I can honestly say Ive never been treated as good, and the care they give their patients, is out of this world I would give 10if I could. I would highly recommend the London Road Dental Surgery, for any nervous or anxious patient. Thank you to Dr Mark Atkinson and his team.

Cannot speak highly enough of Mark and the team at London Road Dental Practice. As an incredibly nervous patient, I was put at ease, everything explained clearly and the experience so far has been nothing short of exceptional.
