        After years of having my appointments moved at late notice I eventually missed one because I forgot about the change. I was sent a very aggressive email reprimanding me for not turning up. Called to try and book for a check-up during COVID and was told emergency treatment only, fair enough. Tried to call post COVID and was told that I was no longer welcome because I hadn't been to see them for so long and I'd missed one appointment (in 8+ years of going there). Terrible customer service.

        Always helpful with my son's braces, sorting appointments and posting bands. The practitioner he sees gets right on with the job and is thorough.

        Just Reiterating what others have said about how rude Alison the receptionist is on the orthodontics side of the practice. Shocking that she continues to be this way without intervention
