I went to Tesco on 29/4/23 and I didnt have a trolly but I had a lot of groceries suddenly sienne saw me and gave me a trolly all the way from the car park and I had a lot of heavy groceries but she still managed to help me and put all the groceries in the trolly. She was very helpful and I hope theres more staff in Tesco like her. Excellent customer service!

It's a reasonable size Tesco, in the town centre so easy to access. Has self-serve tills that suit me, but most are cards only, which can be a pain if you want to pay cash. It also can cause a line to develop. Saw the honey but who in Chippenham is paying 20 for a pot of honey? At least they are security protected

Went to lottery counter .lady that was serving me was absolutely amazing. The lottery machine froze so called for a section leader .some oldest bloke came and he was very rude .how he ever came a team.leader I don't know the female member was so embarrassed that she kepted apologising for him .I will never go on there again.
