        Went in today to buy a newspaper, admittedly within 10 minutes of the closing time. The paper I wanted was already bundled up and I asked the lady politely if she could undo the string and let me buy one, but I was told "no, we are closing soon". Would have taken her less than a minute to undo the string and let me buy the paper. Not great customer service.
