Octoprint

I was looking at buying a print your own board game online, which meant I would purchase a digital download & then Id need to find someone to print it for me. I contacted Octoprint with the hope theyd be able to do smaller one off jobs. Not only were they happy to say yes, they even offered their own graphic designer to put something together for me, so instead of having to purchase a template elsewhere first. This sounded great, as I was a little worried about the quality of the template elsewhere, plus I wanted to change it as it didnt really suit my requirements. Ive spoken to both the printer & designer over the phone, as well as email. They were both extremely helpful & I now have my own bespoke game, designed to my requirements which is completely personalised. The quality of the design, artwork & print is fantastic. All this was achieved during CV-19 lockdown, collection adhered to social distancing rules. Game was an immediate success with the family, which was great as weve got extra time on our hands at the moment. Extremely happy customer.

Really wanted to use local, but after a visit in person to choose paper (travelling to Chippenham especially) I never heard from them again - emailed once and rang twice to chase, but nothing. I understand you might be busy, but it takes 1 minute to let a customer know you cant do it. I have had to use vistaprint to get my printing in time.
