Tried to get through today. Was in a call queue for ten minutes, then at 9:52hrs the automated voice said Sorry, were closed now. I know that Citizens Advice is run by volunteers, but simply cutting someone off whos in a call queue and at 9:52hrs (not even 10:00hrs) is absurd and disrespectful, let alone totally unhelpful!

Rubbish service which stopped in Calne. It's virtually impossible to get an appointment as well as a face to face to face meeting.
