        Staff great. Prices, particularly books, birc a brac and toys are ridiculously high. Seems to have lost focus on what it's there to do. Pricing seems more defensively driven ro stop people profiteering on ebay than it does on earning a reasonable sale on ebay. Get it shifted and re-stock! Not surprising that it seems quieter than it used to in here.
