I am soooo pleased with the service I received while buying a car from this dealer. Ben Bird was the most friendliest helpful sales man I have ever had the pleasure of meeting , he made me feel at ease when walking into the showroom I did feel scared and overwhelmed but his friendly smile and happy attitude , made me feel comfortable. Nothing was to much trouble and he thoroughly went through each step , helping me part exchange my car and recommending an absolute jewel of a car. It runs like a dream and I will definitely be going back for the after care as he has really looked after me making sure I bought the best car for my needs. Ben Bird you are a little diamond I wish there were more sales men like you . Thank you

Thanks to all of the staff at Vauxhall Islington for their fantastic customer care and service . Particular thanks to Calum Fortune who always ensures that my Vauxhall Warranty is used , where possible , to assist with bills for repair of my car which has a habit of breaking down !

We took our car to Islington Chippenham with a couple of running repairs and received excellent customer care from Calum and his colleague. All the work was completed by 3pm and at short notice. Calum is very confident and attentive and these issues were resolved with a quick turn around. Many thanks to the mechanics who carried out the work.
