The staff at Boswells really care about their customers, a customer just before me in the cue was struggling with carrying their drink and walking to a seat so one of staff offered to help and because they have plenty of staff on it didn't slow down the cue at really. Wheelchair accessibility: I went with my Grandad and he usus a mobility scooter so yeah he was able to get around easily.
