        Not a good experience at all. Caught the bus from Devizes to Bath. The bus windows were so filthy, with what must have been weeks of grime, that it was impossible to see out (apart from forward through the windscreen). The driver was most unwelcoming and got off the bus at one stop to have a vape for a few minutes, while leaving the bus engine running!!

        School bus didn't stop at my daughters usual bus stop and did not stop until she was 2 miles from home. Not acceptable or responsible behaviour. Complaint made and ignored.
