I wouldn't waste your time. Anthony arranged to come round and discuss our requirements and measure up (which he duly did). Had a good conversation and he said he'd be in contact about some samples he was missing for us to look through before deciding on our design. He then sent an e-mail that evening and said he was politely declining the opportunity to do our shutters as their workload was too high. I have no issue with this but why waste my Saturday afternoon if he had no intention of doing the job? Would suggest you look elsewhere.

First of all we would like to thank such a professional team with Anthony and Jennie, we didnt think that this level of professional work existed now days! You can always find something, not in this case, beautiful job, faultless! Now about the product, we have a house on a very sunny side south facing and its the end one. We didnt have privacy until you shut the curtains, also when its a heat wave ( nice weather we like) the nights sleeping were very hot! Since we have installed the shutters, OMG what a big difference its made, we cant even describe! Would recommend it 100%! It keeps the house cool and in the winter hopefully warmer. Additionally, the rooms looks so tidy, disposed of the curtains where the bay window is and this visually gave more space. Highly recommended, dont be scared of the waiting time, worth the wait. Have used this company for 2 installations, there were problems with the first order, however this was eventually rectified. The second order however our window blinds were made completely the opposite of what we requested, we asked for sliding shutters as its such a long area. What we got were foldable shutters that were far too heavy and would drop with the weight, even Tony agreed "they wont last" his words... They informed us that we couldn't have sliders as they dont do them for this window, also our door blinds were secured to the ground with double sided tape. (not good enough? they said they would affix the door blinds but have now changed their mind saying they cant be fixed to the floor. We agreed that I would proceed to order shutters from somewhere else , the new company came, had no issue in ordering for our requirement and could not understand why this company installed the shutters they had (not fit for purpose) It was agreed with country blinds that we would advise them of our installation date which i got this week, they said they needed 6 weeks notice then they cant remove them as they aren't able to give a date which is absolutely ridiculous saying they don't know when there next appointment is, how do you run a business if you dont know when you can provide your next availability ..... (mind boggling) They suggest that the shutters can be taken out by my husband as its not a technical job, but that is besides the point and they are being deliberately obstructive and pedantic, and if its such a quick and easy job why aren't they booking me in like they said... I even said I will put my new installation on hold until they can come to remove these shutters but no they wont give me a date. They are very lovely when you are ordering but have shown to be obstructive and totally unhelpful when there is an issue and the blinds they provided at around 2k for the one window are not fit for purpose. They change their mind on what they will do and completely contradict themselves throughout e mails. I would throw extreme caution when placing orders.
