        I came to this salon for a haircut, I showed a photo of what haircut I want, and indicated the desired length of hair. However, the hairdresser didn't do exactly what I asked for. And she said that everything is ready. I said that this is not what I wanted and the length of the hair remained the same. Then the parkmacher wetted my hair, and with thinning scissors she scraped strands of my hair. And sent to the exit with a wet head.

        Emailed to book an appointment, appointment confirmed just needed phone number which I did. Called to make adjustments to appointment to be told the appointment has gone and now fully booked! Glad this isn't my usual hairdressers. Didn't even email to say appointment has since gone after I booked it in.
