        Unfortunately the staff were unhelpful with availability no abilities past computer is saying no even tho if they just looked it would have been ok. Might have been because it was at 2.50 and they close at 3.

        When we visited the Branch on 11th May customer Jennifer Howells and I faced a problem closing an account and withdrawing the balance in somewhat unusual circumstances. Despite the difficulties, we had a good experience and a satisfactory outcome. This was due to the efficient, patient and helpful intervention of SHARON RAWLINGS who we would like to thank for going the extra mile.
