        Great support from Richard who returned my hearing aids to Oticon under warranty and returned them to me at my home. He checked thoroughly that they were fitting and working properly. Top service.

        I recently contacted Richard to report a problem with one of my aids and even though I had moved house to outside his area he had no hesitation in trying to help sending me firstly a replacement speaker lead with instructions on how to fit . When that didnt work arranging another colleague from Stafford to call and fix the problem. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Richard or Diamond Hearing and I would happily recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids. Many thanks Ken

        Very happy with the service Richard provided. Arrived on time, checked my hearing and returned with Oticon aids a couple of weeks later. All in all a very professional service. Also considerably cheaper than exact same aids from a local audiologist.
