        We had more than enough space for our family of 5, and there was a wood fire prepped and ready to be lit when we arrived in the evening. The cottage itself is well kept and clean, with all the modern conveniences you would want, while still retaining the charming appeal of a historic cottage. Cannot recommend enough! Food & drinks: The home-cooked breakfast made for us by the owner was brought to the cottage right on time, portions were generous, and the food was delicious. As the first real meal we ate after landing in the UK, it was a comforting way to kick off our vacation.
