    I started training with Tom after I turned 50, and was the heaviest Id ever been and even walking upstairs had me breathless. To say I was nervous was an understatement as I was a lifetime hater of gyms and exercise! However Tom is such a lovely, friendly, approachable person, whose knowledge of fitness and how your body works is incredible, he very soon put me at ease and catered each session personally to my needs and ability. His weekly personal training sessions were fun and varied and I found myself looking forward to the next week. There are also session plans to do in-between PT sessions on your own. The PT although fun really pushes you and the feeling of satisfaction afterwards is great. Seeing the results of your hard work at the measurement stage is encouragement enough to continue working at it, and Toms encouragement and support is personal and professional. To anyone thinking of starting out on a fitness plan I cant recommend WhiteWay Fitness enough! Thanx Tom xx

    Tom has had a huge impact on my physique, and how I relate positively to fitness. Having started working out during COVID, but still having some way to go, I wanted some expert guidance, and I couldnt have chosen better. He works so well to document every aspect of each workout and encourages you to track your meals and makes sure to ask you about it (so its harder to cheat). His instructions are clear and are complimented with measurements of your muscle-to-fat ratio over time, which ensures you know when you have made progress. He is also reliable and doesn't miss sessions. I have noticed a big difference in pictures, have lost over 40 pounds so far, and put on muscle (which is the hard part). My progress has been slower after the initial fat loss, but Tom is such a positive person and so encouraging. Each workout is a pleasure rather than a chore. Granted you have to put some work into it. If the exercises are easy, you're doing them wrong! :) But trust me, he knows what he's talking about. Taking him on as a trainer was the best decision, I made post-lockdown. So, if you're ready to put in the work, he will be an excellent person to guide you on your way. Sign up today! Thank you, Tom.     I contacted Tom as I had a bad back, amongst other issues. He is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. He provided a fantastic sports massage to relieve tension and gave me some advice on preventative stretches I could do myself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom, book with him now and you'll feel a new person by tomorrow!
