I've had over 15 emails, texts and phone calls from this organisation - which is basically an advertising agency for care homes, since making an enquiry. I've now barred their number. The list of homes they provided was limited and unfortunately at the top was one that had failed its CQC report (inadequate) on health and safety of residents - during the pandemic. I've fed this back to them. The one useful thing has been a link to a financial service but this wasnt the purpose of the contact.

I have worked for TrustedCare for the past two years and I feel extremely blessed to be part of such a great company. The best thing about my job is hearing the stories of the care-seekers we've helped to find residential, nursing and home care. Our specialist Care Liaison team offer free, help and support to those looking for care - they have even helped family members as far away as Canada and France to successfully find care for their loved one.
