Used these solicitors to sort out my parents home - which l purchased but which my parents held in Trust for me. As my father had died and my mother no longer had capacity they were able to simply transfer the property into my name at minimal cost. Was pleased with their legal understanding and the process we had to follow and the time frame it took. Would use their conveyancing services again if and when needed - especially as they are within walking distance of where l live.

We recently used Regler & Co to assist with a property transaction. I would highly recommend using them and I will be using them again when I require a solicitor! They are quick at responding, answer all the questions clearly and they make things simple and efficient. A great local company.
