Highly recommended class for all levels of ability, age and build. It's been brilliant for my achy back and ripped core musles after three C-sections. Realistically it's gentle, yet gradually getting ever more challenging, I feel like I am finally reclaiming my body back. After attending these sessions for over a year now my back is not a problem anymore, I had physiotherapy before which didn't address the issue fully. Now I have built-in flexibility and resillience to slipped disks and trapping my sciatic nerves. A spiritual dimension makes Hatha yoga a holistic approach to overall well being for those seeking life balance and confidence. Affirmations and relaxation techniques including breathing are taught, this class is not only a must but a treat. Highly recommended.

This is my third year doing Yoga with this lovely lady and what a difference it's made to my neck/shoulder injury. Very relaxed sessions, treat it as hard or go as easy as you want - no competition to be the best, instead everyone encourages each individuals acheivments! Treat yourself (and your body) give it a go
