        I went to get a decongestant, it seemed I was asking too much.Most shelves are bare plus she couldn't help me but thankfully directed me to Boots who were very helpful. Won't be going there again. Why can't I give minus stars? Service abysmal.

        I believe in leaving revues good and bad. When I visited today I was shown first class customer service and care. There was a delay with my meds due to an IT error which wasnt the staffs fault. I returned today to collect and was looked after by Fiona and colleagues. What a difference this team makes to this Pharmacy. When I originally used this pharmacy some years ago you were lucky to get a grunt from the staff and a smile was out of the question. What a difference. Keep up the great work.
