        Located on the village green a significant presence settled on a large footprint: a quintessential churchyard setting. Soaring 19th.Century Vertical Gothic church resplendent with decorative knapped flint stone and a daunting spired tower, dainty pinnacles and a shoveof flying buttressing. Virtually a textbook of Gothic allusions on display here . An exemplar of the preferred contemporaneous taste with later additions executed by the eminent and authoritative Victorian, Arthur Blomfield. Grade II Listed with an active community. I did not enter.
