How can I get in touch with someone from this store. Order purchased 2 weeks ago 2-4 day delivery still not received and been given invalid RM tracking number. I can not get hold of anyone on any socials or by phone frustrated

Normally order online with them have normally been helpful they sent me a wrong jumper and said they would only refund me the difference as the one I originally ordered was more expensive. I said I wasnt happy with that and got ignored. I emailed again to accept the refund on the difference and got lumbered with a jumper I didnt want as Id worn it once. Expressed I wouldnt buy here again didnt seem too bothered. Only across the road is Ella Tino which again I do online shopping on never had issues with more than reasonable staff and company and have more or less the same things in there shop wont buy from Virgo again now.

I have lived in area 26 years and this time have heard Virgo going online. The personal service you get is brilliant! So sad we are going to miss this serve
