Highly recommended - I first let my property in 2015. I had 2 agents round to quote. Both offered very similar packages but I chose Roselins for one reason, James! He was friendly, professional and gave me confidence that Roselins could do the job. Over the last few years they have done just that, managing the property and making it stress free for me. James was my main contact and I couldnt have asked for more, always responding to communication straight away with solutions to any problems. Ive now just sold the property. Sadly the first buyer didnt work out but James quickly found another buyer and chased all parties along the way to complete quickly. Thank you Roselins, you have a great team. he made an appointment for me to see a property,a day later he sends me an email that the house is no longer available,that unfortunately they rented this house to someone.during this period they have a lot of clients and they pamper themselves as they want, make fun of their clients as they want.I do not recommend this agency.
