        Starting using this firm over a year ago for a simple lease extension. The process took so long I ended up sacrificing my deposit and going elsewhere. I would not recommend.

        Phoned them to ask a question. Left a message and said that someone would get back to me. Didn't. Went there and got the same response. Even if they could not have dealt with the query they could have had the courtesy to call back.

        A friend of mine had previously used Coldham Shield & Mace to deal with her property sales and purchases and was therefore au fait with the procedure. However, their INCOMPETENCE dealing with her recent house purchase and sale had a detrimental impact on her wellbeing. She received appalling communication, or lack thereof, and customer care was non existent. Not recommended!
