Im a portfolio landlord and have used Stuart for the last few years for all my properties. Hes extremely professional and competent, turns up on time, works to the timeline he tells me and liaises with tenants. I rely on his advice - whether it is for EICR recommended improvements, changing fuse boards, or anything else that crops up like installing lights and any electrical heating issues. I trust him to get the job done and to do so at reasonable rates. Hes my go to guy for all things electrical. I cannot recommend him enough! Stuart has done a variety of jobs for me over the last 6 months, from testing my electrical circuit through to installing sockets, new circuits, lighting and general electrical repairs. Always with the highest degree of professionalism and attention to detail. I needed an extra double plug socket chased next to an existing socket. Stuart was very friendly, professional and quick. He did a really smart and well executed installation. Communication beforehand was quick, re discussing the job and arranging a date/time to do the work. He came with all the kit he needed and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. Recommended. I would actively recommend Stuart. Stuart was able to clearly explain what work needed to be done and what had been done.
