I had an appointment today with the nurse. What a lovely lady she is. She instantly put me at ease, was highly professional, helpful and informative. What an asset she is to this practice

Pain in the butt to contact via telephone since there is no queue system or call waiting, so phone constantly rings as busy, even when GP cuts you off from prescriptions due to needing to make appointment.

Visiting them since 2018, Alws appointment same day or next day without any delays. Physicians and staff are really pleasant and polite. I had some serious issues couple of times, later i did not follow up with them but they did not forget to check up on me! I always see ppl complain about GP and I alwys feel lucky to think about my GP. Truly amazing work. Thanks kings Head team, great work special thanks to Dr. Jalil and also other doctors, nurses and receptionist as well, May God bless all of you

I must say I do feel lucky my family have Dr Jaleel as our GP, as everyone knows its not easy finding a good doctor. Dr Jaleel is an excellent one and a lovely guy.

Horrible service. Over the years got so bad thats unbelievable. Every receptionist tell different story. You need a nurse , no you need to see doctor, but we can not give you a future appointments , call on a day. 30 phone calls , busy . Seems like need to look for a new Gp.
