        Overall clean was good, however there was an issue where the rug was damaged by the cleaners. The company agreed to reimburses some of the cost to replace the rug but when it came down to it they started ignoring multiple emails and after calling them they blocked my number. I paid via credit card so was able to dispute the charge and got my money back. Would NOT recommend as this turned into a nightmare and they owner has no regard for professionalism and has not heard the word customer service. If you do however need some extra drama in your life go for it - just pay with a credit card so you can get your money back at the end of it all! Service: Moving-related cleaning

        I booked an end of tenancy cleaning for the next day. They didn't show up saying my transaction was "pending". This inconvenienced me and my landlady as I had promised I'd complete the cleaning on that day. On top of that, I was charged without receiving the service. I asked for a refund twice and never got one. At this point I'm not sure that's a legit company.

        SCAM and thieves! I was promised a refund a month and a half ago. I've not received it and you've been ignoring me intentionally. You understand this is theft? You and your cleaner stole from me. It was the most appalling service I've ever had. Wish I could attach photos. They try and get you to leave so you don't see them not do their job. Our agency made us stay and check the cleaners and thank goodness. The cleaner also stole parking money from us. Parking is free. Service: Moving-related cleaning
