I recently ordered a bicycle through a cycle to work scheme, and chose Ashcycles LLP as my store of choice. Jane was incredibly helpful, and responded to all of my queries promptly. The store had more items in stock than most websites belonging to large retailers that I had come across. I was able to order my bicycle and receive it (fully built) within four days. I would highly recommend Ashcycles LLP to anyone who wants a friendly, high quality and efficient service when buying cycling equipment.

I asked Ash to covert my MTB from 2x to 1x. The work he did was amazing and quick! Both he and Jane were fantastic and the service they gave me was gold standard. Thank you so much

very unhelpful, unfriendly and miserable, i was stranded with a broken chain on a ride, so i basically hoped they could do a tiny favour to a helpless cyclist as i needed a link extractor, i couldn't believe it when the son said he wouldn't help me, now i was miles from home, i had no money, and needed to borrow a tool for one minute, and he said no. now that is not nice, he suggested i get on a train to Higham's park. Avoid. they are notoriously miserable, but that is just down right wicked. talk about lower than a snakes belly... they are all so unhelpful, i would not buy a thing from them, they're just the worst thing in customer satisfaction. just an update. the blokes a liar too. his response to my review is completely false, they have a workshop in the shop and i was requesting the use of a used tool. its called kindness. i wasnt angry either just bemused at how unhelpful ASH CYCLES were. SHAME ON YOU..
