Dr Hanada is really great. I found her to be professional and very knowledgeable. I booked in for a course of treatment and so far happy with the results.

Horrible experience. After driving 30 minutes, I arrived at my 10am booking to find the clinic was shut, I spent 20 minutes waiting and continued to try and ring the number which no one answered. Eventually I left, hoping to receive and explanation and reschedule the booking. However, nothing came. Days latter, I am still trying to contact the clinic but I have had no responses. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating, it would definitely be easier to avoid this place. RESPONSE: I understand that testing positive for COVID is unpredictable however, it is the fact that I have to leave a review on Google to find out why my appointment was cancelled after I arrived. Also your claim that I was notified on time is a complete lie ( I attached the email received at 10:20 ) Extremely poor customer service !

Booked for a Botox top-up after having read all the positive reviews around Treatwell and Google. Ultimately didn't end up having the treatment, as I was left feeling very uncomfortable with the whole process. I'm a brand new client, but the aesthetician didn't introduce herself, which surprised me. I was instructed me to lie down on the bed. We had an extremely short exchange about what I wanted, she didn't swab my head or mark where she planned to inject. She had a reconstituting syringe already opened before I came into the room (gold standard practice is to open fresh syringes whilst your client watches, so they're assured of the hygiene levels) which she then used to draw up and reconstitute the injecting mix, including spending a minute trying to tear off the metal vial top with a pair of cuticle trimmers. By this point I wasn't happy at all to proceed, so let her know and left the room. The receptionist was standing immediately in front of the door having a cigarette as I tried to get out, which just seemed a poor image for a beauty therapist's. Extremely disappointing impression for a relatively high-cost treatment like this, where you'd think they would want to create regular clients.
