        Can't believe it closes at 3oc why? is everyone part-time. Not fit for purpose in this day and age, could understand if it opened at 7 or 8oc, now that would be handy.

        Whenever I have visited the branch for any reason I havent got the upmost service I was seeking for and have always been returning home empty handed without any solutions. Personal advice would be to not bank with Llyods and move onto other high street banks with better services.

        Not particularly impressed, I dont use this branch as I bank online. I did today as I had to pay a cheque in. Just two of us in the branch, manager served me told me I couldve used the self service machine or used an app on my phone. She then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a credit card I said no, said it would up my credit rating, there is nothing wrong with my credit rating, or my finances. All she wanted to do was to sell me a product, no customer service skills whatsoever.
