I broke down late last night with a problem with my gearstick in my RRS HSE automatic. A well known national recovery service had no clue what the issue was or how to resolve it, but a quick tip off from my friend to call Mark this morning resolved the problem in ridiculously quick time. He came out to my house, had all the parts with him already, was clearly experienced in resolving such issues and was also super-courteous! He was finished in the time it took me (and him!) to drink our cups of coffee!!! All in all, a legend, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a roadside repair of any RRS-related issue! Thanks again so much for today Mark! Fahim

Very poor customer service/response. Called and spoke to the owner who couldnt be less helpful. I called back after I lost connection and also send a text message. No reply to anything took my business to HK SPARKS AUTO ELECTRICIANS what a difference.
