Booked pcr test fit to fly on Sunday for the following Tuesday and said to have the result by email on the day after by 10pm. I finally received the test result in the afternoon! Its great! But took some time to find the exact place, the facilities and the staffs on express test seemed a bit simple and not professional as NHS but fast service! Thanks for their help anyway!

superkind, and accurate system. I went here from portsmouth and got the test on Wedn for Friday flight. expected to get the result Thur 10pm but much earlier(1pm)

Really poor service. One of our rapid antigen results never came through. Spent 45 minutes on the phone to customer service to try and resolve but given no assurance that the result would come in time for our flight the following day. Clearly been a mix up their end but rather than provide a solution we had to book (and pay for!) another test and wait several hours in line. 0/5.
