I am preparing for long distance triathlon and was increasingly running distance but not speed. I worked with Paul for 3 months and he helped me become more efficient and speedy!
First, I had a running analysis which showed my weak points then worked on muscle groups I was not using properly. My last analysis really showed improvements I made unconsciously.
Absolutely recommended Paul whether your an experienced or new runner!

I felt confident after just 30 minutes that he had the knowledge and skill to help me make some serious changes to make running easier.
I had six sessions and have seen a huge improvement in my gait and stability. I no longer need to wear a knee support and get less joint pain after running. Other aspects of my fitness regime are also positively affected and I will continue to use some of the exercises on a regular basis.
Paul is clearly skilled and knowledgeable in his chosen field and has a pleasant and easy-going coaching style. I have been thoroughly impressed and I would highly recommend him!

Paul identified straight away some of the issues hindering my performance. We spent 6 sessions working to make improvements; within a few weeks I was not only able to see the impact on my running style but also noticed a real improvement in my speed.
The difference between my initial appointment and after 6 weeks was huge, and because I've come away with greater self-awareness, as well as a series of exercises tailored to my needs, it will enable me to continue running well into the future.
There's no way I would have been able to make the improvement without the running school - hugely worth the investment!
