don't expect to speak to reception unless you are prepared to wait up to 40 minutes for an answer. The recored message states that you are number one in the call queue for all of this time

Utterly impossible to get through to book an appointment, call at any time of the day for the automated system to tell you - "your number 31 in the call queue"! Not very helpful unless you have a spare two hours to wait on hold.

Had to call a doctor out for my very sick mum (89yrs). He couldn't be bothered to examine her as he seemed more interested in finishing his stint by 2pm and was barely in the house for more than two minutes. He said he would send the nurse to do a blood test but that took more than a week because he told the nurse it was'nt urgent. While waiting for the test I called him out again, and again he didn't examine her, claiming she merely had a viral infection. Finally the nurse turned up and did the test. Two days later I had no choice but to call for an ambulance and the two female medics pretty much immediately realised that my poor mum was actually suffering with pneumonia. She died that night.

I am always offered an appointment at the earliest convenience, even if its too busy that day, I am always offered the following day or within 2 days. Each time I have needed to call I have been offered supportive information and advice. When a doctor is not available I have seen the nurse practitioner who has gone above and beyond and with extra reassuring referrals. I receive regular phone calls to offer vaccination reminders. My experience on the whole is positive with Siam surgery.

Over subscribed with a lack of fully trained staff so expect a wait to see a Dr, even in an emergency (not life threatening) they try to palm you off on a Nurse or wait 2 days for a Dr appointment. I am in the process of transferring to another practice for my daughter. Update..... Thank you for taking the time to read and respond. Unfortunately I was commenting on one of your Dr's who would only accept one symptom per appointment because of his lack of memory, even though the Ear, Nose and Throat are connected
