Couldn't give anything less than 5* for Sandra and John. From the off, they were easy to talk to and it became apparent quite quickly that they care about what they do and have much more than just a cursory interest in and knowledge of animals. I was fortunate enough to get a next day appointment having called very last minute and in walking through the door to Tiddlypaws was greeted by John, Sandra and their own beautiful dog. I was made to feel very much at ease and the home environment made my dog non the wiser as to what he was there for and was just a very nice and relaxed environment for my dog. Sandra was immediately interested in my dog asking relevant questions about him and getting to know him. Having not heard of the breed initially, she had researched the ways in which to groom him and already had an idea of what she was going to do which was cemented by seeing him but was discussed before I left him.. I was called later to pick him up. I walked through the door and I didn't recognise my dog. He looked completely different. He had been brushed, clipped, washed (not necessarily in that order but he'd been washed with a shampoo which even 3 days on makes him smell amazing!) and it was all topped off with a nice little bow attached to his collar. Sandra even gave me a little bag of treats for him because he'd been so good. Sandra had done exactly what she said she would and was reasonable priced for the work she had done and I would recommend without reservation that anyone looking to have their animal professionally groomed will not go wrong paying a visit to Tiddlypaws.
