        Very happy with the service I received from this practice. Both receptionists were extremely polite and helpful. The same day I registered at the practice, I received a phone appointment with the doctor. ( who was also very helpful). Signed up for online services which is a big help and even got a hand delivered letter yesterday. Not sure why everyones complaining to be honest

        Can't get through and when you do there are no appointments and they absolutely won't 'prebook' an appointment. Like that's fine may aswell die shall I? Not all of us can actually afford to take any time off work at such short notice because god forbid we struggle with mental health! Or ongoing illnesses

        Cant get an appointment, not interested in the slightest, most of the time dont answer the phones. Horrendous service, the place shouldnt even call themselves a medical practice.
