        Purchased a vertical panel saw from Sagetech Machinery for cutting down by 8ft x 4ft mdf sheets. It is a Koolkut wall saw machine, bought with full package which included delivery, installation, full training and warranty. The training was conducted onsite and very pleased with the overall process, great team!

        Please do not buy anything from these charlatans. Paid good money (3750) for a machine that they told me worked perfectly but doesn't. It's cost me another 2000 to get it put right. The two guys are Phil and Mark. Honestly, run a mile from this company. They will rip you off.

        Product (zapkut vertical panel saw) is not bad, even though I could only recommend it for occasional use, but the customer service is terrible - more than 2 months after delivery, I'm still waiting for 2 small replacement parts because the original ones were not of the correct size - and thus the mid-fence of the saw is still unusable !

        I recently bought a Zapkut ZM saw. The machine was delivered and fitted by the guys at Sagetech. From my first call with them to the engineer fitting the saw everyone was helpful and polite. The machine is well built and works really good. Cant fault it at all!
