I have used jeff Anderson coaches on many occasions. .. from hen nights to weekends away to Blackpool. .. always been prompt &efficient, reasonable rates. friendly and professional drivers..highly recommend

Shambles from start to finish. Used this company for Hardwick Live and were told on the morning they had double booked. On leaving the venue we were told by their other bus driver that our coach was on its way and not even there yet, when infact he was sitting in a pitch black overflow carpark and we only found him by accident. The owner then told the driver instead of doing the 2 drop offs they had booked, to put the 2 parties on the same bus and cart us all round the countryside while he dropped off people we didn't even know. This resulted in a verbal assult of a vile man from Coundon and our party being dropped off last and over 1 hr late. By which time my husband was frantic thinking something has happened to us. The driver made no attempt to stop the guy from the other group shouting, swearing and hurling abuse at me, all because I asked the driver a question. The owner clearly put his profits above his customers as he dictated what happened with no regard to the PAYING customer. NEVER again will use this company. STAY CLEAR if you want good customer service !!!
